I cooked spinach with eggs in a frying pan. I bought spinach fresh and already washed. I used homemade eggs. First, I fried finely chopped onion until soft. Then I added spinach leaves and simmered it a little in a frying pan. I made holes and beat in the eggs, salt and pepper and cook under the lid until the whites are ready. A simple and uncomplicated preparation of a great breakfast. The dish looks very appetizing, as well as healthy and satisfying. My yolk remained runny, which we love very much. And the taste of spinach with fried onions wonderfully complemented the fried eggs. Before serving, I peppered it a little more and sprinkled with chopped dill. Breakfast was a great success.
