If the family is large, then double the amount of ingredients. I take 20% cream, you can take 10%, but add 0.5 tsp in step 5. flour. For dry spices, I use herbs de Provence. Cheese - Parmesan, you can use any other hard cheese. The chicken fillet is fresh; if you use frozen, you must first defrost it.

    Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water, cut off any remaining bones and skin. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Lightly coat the chicken pieces in the herb mixture. Season with salt and add ground black pepper as desired. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces in it for 10 minutes, stirring them constantly.

    Place a saucepan with enough water on the fire, bring to a boil, pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil, lightly add salt and place the spaghetti in boiling water. Stir immediately, stir the next time after boiling, and then stir again during cooking. Place the finished pasta in a colander to drain the liquid and place it back into the pan to keep warm.

    Place the finished chicken fillet on a separate plate. And add peeled garlic to the pan in which the meat was fried. I add whole garlic because I don't plan for it to remain in the sauce. If you want pieces of garlic to be present in the sauce, then you should put it through a press and not remove it later. Fry the garlic in oil for several minutes until aroma appears, then remove the pieces of garlic.

    Grate the cheese and add to the cream, stirring constantly so that the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the sauce and does not turn out to be just a lump. Boil, stirring, for a minute or two, turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to stand.

    Place the finished hot spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over it and evenly distribute the fried chicken pieces. Serve the dish hot. A glass of white wine goes perfectly with this Italian dinner.

For dinner today we had spaghetti in cream sauce with chicken fillet)) The men were delighted! The pasta turned out tender and light. We changed the recipe a little, added chopped onion to the chicken fillet. I also advise everyone to soak the pasta in the sauce for a couple of minutes before serving, this will make the pasta tastier.
