STEP 1
How to quickly and easily prepare a soup with minced meatballs and dumplings, which many will definitely like for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing a hearty and aromatic homemade soup.
STEP 2
Start preparing the dough for dumplings and take a fine grater, then grate one pre-boiled and peeled potato into a deep bowl.
STEP 3
Break one chicken egg and separate the white from the yolk, then place the yolk in a bowl with grated potatoes.
STEP 4
Add nutmeg and a little salt to the bowl with the potatoes and egg yolk to taste and mix all the ingredients.
STEP 5
Place three tablespoons of premium wheat flour in a common bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 6
Add a little vegetable oil to the bowl with the potato dough and continue kneading it with your hands.
STEP 7
Knead the dough in a bowl for five minutes until smooth, then cover it on top with a plastic bag and set aside for twenty to thirty minutes.

To prepare meatballs, place two hundred and fifty grams of mixed minced meat in a deep bowl, then add half a head of pre-finely chopped onion, salt to taste with a mixture of ground peppers and the white of a chicken egg.

Mix all the ingredients well in the bowl with your hands, then gather the minced meat into a lump and forcefully throw it into the bowl several times.

Take a small amount of minced meat and form meatballs, which you then roll in flour and place on a plate.
STEP 11
Take preferably a three-liter saucepan and place it on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, lay out half a head of pre-finely chopped onion and stir fry it at a high temperature on the stove.

Cut half of the carrots into random strips, which you then place in a pan with onions and fry.
STEP 13
Cut two peeled potatoes into arbitrary pieces and place in a common pan, then mix it with vegetables and heat for two to three minutes.
STEP 14
Pour one and a half liters of water into the pan with vegetables and cover it with a lid, then bring the water to a boil over high heat on the stove.
STEP 15
Place the meatballs in a common saucepan, cover it with a lid and bring the soup back to a boil over high heat on the stove.
STEP 16
Place the dough on a floured table and knead it, then shape the dough into a sausage and divide it into small pieces, from which you then form dumplings.
STEP 17
Switch the stove to low temperature and stir all the ingredients in the pan, then cover it with a lid and continue cooking the soup for ten minutes.
STEP 18
Place the dumplings in the pan, add bay leaves, dried herbs, salt, and a mixture of ground black and red peppers to taste, then mix all the ingredients well, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the soup for seven minutes on medium heat until fully cooked.
STEP 19
Let the soup prepared with meatballs and dumplings brew on the turned off stove and pour it into portioned plates.
