STEP 1

How to make milk-breaded cheese sticks with parsley? Prepare the necessary ingredients: cheese, breadcrumbs, wheat flour, milk, egg, dried parsley and salt.
STEP 2

Cut the cheese into cubes 6-9 cm long and 1.5-2 cm wide.
STEP 3

Mix breadcrumbs and dried parsley.
STEP 4

Prepare the batter. Break the egg into a bowl, add milk, salt and mix with a fork. Add approximately 100 g of flour and mix until smooth. You may need more or less flour, focus on the consistency of the batter: it should be like liquid sour cream.
STEP 5

Place the remaining flour (60g) in a bowl or bag and roll the cheese sticks in the flour.
STEP 6

Then dip the cheese blocks in the batter.
STEP 7

Next, roll the cubes in the breading mixture.
STEP 8

Press the breading well into the cheese blocks. Before frying the cheese sticks, you can put them in the freezer for 3 hours to get a crispier crust when frying. Or start frying the cheese sticks right away.
STEP 9

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or deep frying pan to 170°C and fry the cheese sticks for about 3 minutes until golden brown. It is advisable to place the finished sticks on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
