Simple zucchini cutlets with egg and herbs

STEP 1

To prepare delicious low-calorie fluffy zucchini cutlets, we prepare the necessary products and spices.
STEP 2

We cut the zucchini into large pieces, first removing its tail and cutting off a little of the top.
STEP 3

Grate the chopped parts of the zucchini using a medium grater into a convenient container.
STEP 4

Add a little salt to the zucchini to taste and set aside for fifteen minutes so that the zucchini releases its juice, which is then drained.
STEP 5

Break two chicken eggs into a container with the zucchini and mix well.
STEP 6

Add ten tablespoons of flour in parts and mix thoroughly.
STEP 7

Add a mixture of peppers to taste, turn all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass in a common container and set aside for twenty minutes for the flour to develop gluten.
STEP 8

Heat a frying pan on the stove with vegetable oil added to it to taste and add a tablespoon of dough from which we form cutlets.
STEP 9

Fry the cutlets thoroughly until golden brown on both sides.
