Elise Wilson

Since childhood, the kitchen has been my favorite place - the aroma of fresh pies and the whisper of my grandmother’s recipe created an atmosphere of home comfort. Every evening we gathered with the whole family at the table, and these moments of unity remained in our hearts forever. Traveling around the world, I fell in love with the variety of cuisines: Thai curries, Italian pasta, Mexican tacos. Now my mission is to inspire people to cook with joy and ease by sharing simple and accessible recipes. Cooking is not only about food, it is about the love that we convey through the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
