Cupcakes in molds with sour cream

Baby cupcakes with raisins. Extraordinarily delicious! Sour cream makes very tasty and aromatic baked goods) Today I made cupcakes with raisins. If you have paper liners for cupcakes, they still turn out very neat, you can eat them and not be afraid of getting dirty)) At first at home they thought that the cupcakes were store-bought - they were small, neat and in paper wrappers)) The taste is simply delicious. I used raisins, you can try other dried fruits)

If you have paper liners, insert them into the mold and pour 2/3 of the dough into each mold. Place in a preheated oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. The best way to check readiness is with a dry splinter. Do not overbake the cupcakes so that they are not rubbery)))

I bake these muffins in tins with kefir and vegetable oil, not sour cream.

This is delicious! I was running out of time for sour cream and I was just looking for a recipe and found yours and I was not disappointed. Thanks a lot! I prepared everything according to the recipe, only less flour was needed. Added a pinch of salt and nutmeg for flavor. I added less sugar (100 grams), but replaced it with a spoonful of raspberry jam. In the end, my kids wanted them to be decorated with something and I decided to pour glaze on them while they were hot (sour cream and fresh powdered sugar). And voila, almost eaten...

Olchik, what delicious cupcakes you made! I love these! I cook these often, but sometimes I use heavy cream instead of sour cream, it turns out even more tender
