Mushroom glade salad with chicken

A very tender and tasty salad will decorate any table. The recipe for this wonderful salad was suggested by my friend, who was at her birthday party. For which I thank her very much!

    Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender.

    Peel boiled eggs, potatoes and carrots

    Line a mold of suitable diameter with cling film and place champignons on the bottom, caps down.

    Next add parsley (or dill) leaves.

    Cut the boiled chicken and lay it out in the next layer, grease it with mayonnaise

    Three carrots, grease with mayonnaise

    Next layer is grated cheese

    Lubricate with mayonnaise

I agree, the salad is memorable. I like it. I also offer a version of the salad with canned champignons. Men's Tears.

I tried to repeat it, excellent salad, rich taste. Pickled cucumbers add zest, I’ll make them again!
