Mushroom glade salad with chicken
A very tender and tasty salad will decorate any table. The recipe for this wonderful salad was suggested by my friend, who was at her birthday party. For which I thank her very much!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Required Ingredients

Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender.
STEP 3

Peel boiled eggs, potatoes and carrots
STEP 4

Line a mold of suitable diameter with cling film and place champignons on the bottom, caps down.
STEP 5

Next add parsley (or dill) leaves.
STEP 6

Cut the boiled chicken and lay it out in the next layer, grease it with mayonnaise
STEP 7

Three carrots, grease with mayonnaise
STEP 8

Next layer is grated cheese
STEP 9

Lubricate with mayonnaise
STEP 10

Finely chop the eggs and place in the next layer
STEP 11

The next layer is finely chopped pickled cucumbers
STEP 12

The last layer is grated boiled potatoes, smeared with mayonnaise
STEP 13

Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
STEP 14

Turn it over - and voila!

I tried to repeat it, excellent salad, rich taste. Pickled cucumbers add zest, I’ll make them again!
