  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pizza dough without eggs? Prepare your ingredients. It is not necessary to use dry instant yeast; if you are used to working with raw yeast, you can safely use it. Instead of 11 grams of dry yeast, use ~35 grams of fresh yeast. The dough will turn out no worse. The amount of flour given is an approximate amount; it may take more or less than stated in the recipe. You will look at the status of the test. Read about the properties of flour at the end of the recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

How to make a dough? Pour warm water into a deep bowl (heat it to 38 degrees in the microwave or on the stove, you can check the temperature with a clean finger, it should be comfortable). Add a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour, sugar and yeast. Stir the ingredients until the sugar dissolves and the flour and yeast dissolve. Place the bowl with the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Meanwhile, sift the wheat flour. This must be done in order to completely remove foreign objects and impurities, and saturate the flour with oxygen. This will make the dough and products made from it softer and airier. After the specified time, the yeast in the dough should be activated - a “cap” in the form of foam will appear on the surface. Add salt to the dough, pour in vegetable oil. Stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Start pouring the sifted wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid. Add flour in small portions, stirring the dough each time. When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, turn it out onto a floured surface and continue kneading with your hands, adding more flour if necessary. You should also not add a lot of flour, so as not to clog the dough.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The dough should be smooth, elastic, and not stick to your hands. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a cotton towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. In winter, this can be a place near the radiator, but under no circumstances should you place a bowl of dough directly on the radiator. The dough on it may dry out, the yeast will overheat and lose its properties.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In the summer, if the apartment is cold, you can put the dough in the turned off oven to rise. There are no drafts and it is warm enough. In an hour it will double in volume. The dough is ready. Knead it with your hands and start making pizza. Bon appetit!

I liked the easy preparation of the eggless pizza dough and the finished pizza turned out delicious, with a crispy and at the same time not hard edge. I kneaded the dough in warm water, used dry yeast, but without dough, gradually adding the required amount of flour. I kneaded the dough in the evening and decided to leave it overnight so that it would be ready by morning. The dough rose very well overnight in a cool room. It was a little sticky, but after greasing my hands with oil and dusting it lightly with flour, it formed perfectly into a pizza flatbread. I brushed the edge with beaten egg. I placed the filling on the raw dough, everything was well baked in 20 minutes and baked for another 5 minutes, sprinkled with cheese. The edge turned brown and the cheese melted. It turned out very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
