Instead of sticks, I took crab meat and cut it into cubes. I drained the liquid from a can of corn. The rice was first boiled and washed under running water. Cut the cucumbers into cubes. I mixed all the ingredients in a cup with mayonnaise, without adding salt. And put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then I took it out and placed the salad among the tartlets. It turned out original and tasty. You don’t have to add rice to the salad, but it’s more satisfying. Bon appetit.
