Simple salad in tartlets with crab sticks

STEP 1

How to make a simple tartlet salad with crab sticks? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take store-bought mayonnaise or prepare it yourself. You can also use ready-made store-bought tartlets, or bake it yourself. You can supplement or replace the vegetable part to your liking.
STEP 2

Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3

Drain canned corn. Dry the grains.
STEP 4

Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.
STEP 5

Pre-cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water until tender. It is important that the rice turns out fluffy.
STEP 6

Wash the dill and parsley, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, such as cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 7

In a bowl, combine crab sticks, canned corn, cucumbers, crumbly cooked rice and herbs.
STEP 8

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can season the salad with salt and pepper. Personally, I usually don’t add spices to salads with mayonnaise. Place the finished filling in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
STEP 9

Fill tartlets with chilled crab salad.
STEP 10

Decorate the finished tartlets with fresh herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
