Wonderful pie At first I thought it was a shortbread pie with filling, but no))) I really liked the design, and the curd part is interesting, probably it’s more tender than the base?

Original and tasty! But there is a nuance: the cottage cheese must be market grade or you need to wait about half an hour for the curd mass to thicken. My cream turned out liquid. I had to add 1 more tbsp. starch. Did not help. Somehow I made a grid out of cream. But during the baking process, the cream sank into the dough, which did not affect the taste of the pie, but the appearance still suffered. As a result, some amount of curd mass remained. It was necessary to urgently accommodate her. I decided to bake chocolate muffins with curd filling. While I was kneading the muffin dough, the cream acquired the desired consistency. I got 6 more muffins. If you bake in a non-stick pan, I don't think you should use baking paper. It only bothered me: the edges sank into the dough
