Simple apple jam without water

I really want to share this recipe with you and tell you how to make apple jam. I do it every year. The jam turns out very tender, with pieces of apples, incredibly tasty. STEP 2
Peel the apples by cutting them with a knife, divide it into four parts and cut out the core. After this, cut the pulp into small pieces.
STEP 3
Place the apples in an aluminum bowl and cover them with sugar without stirring. Leave it like this overnight.
STEP 4
The next morning the apples will give juice, then mix them thoroughly and put on the fire for 10 minutes.
STEP 5
In the evening, boil the apple mixture again for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking. We leave it until the morning. In the morning, boil the apples again for 15 minutes, let them cool for 5 hours. And again boil for 15 minutes, cool for 5 hours. Then boil them one last time, stirring so that the excess liquid evaporates. Roll the apple jam into sterile jars (necessarily hot). Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool. This jam can also be stored at room temperature.
