I made simple apple jam without water. I cut the apples a little smaller, and using the site’s calculator I also reduced the required amount of sugar. I prepared the jam according to the recipe. There is such a harvest of apples this year, I want to make more jam and spend less time, but at the same time, so that this does not affect the taste and the vitamins are preserved to the maximum! In general, this is the recipe that I was looking for, mine really love pies and croissants with apple jam, and the store-bought one contains only starch!
