STEP 1

How to cook silver carp on a grill on a grill? Prepare the fish. You can use frozen silver carp, but fresh fish is tastier and juicier. So, clean the fish from scales, remove the entrails and gills. Wash the silver carp and dry it with a kitchen towel or paper napkins to remove excess water.

Wash the grate well and dry. Lubricate the metal rods with vegetable oil, this is necessary to prevent the fish from sticking to the grill. Fry the silver carp until cooked, periodically turning from one side to the other.

The silver carp will be ready when the skin is covered with a ruddy, appetizing crust. Pierce one of the pieces with the tip of a knife and check if the juice comes out clear, then the fish is ready. Do not keep the pieces on the coals for too long, otherwise they will turn out dry.

Serve silver carp hot or chilled with vegetables or fresh salads.
