    In this case, you can add a spoonful of tomato. Bring to a boil again and the shurpa is ready. It is advisable to serve with sour cream or sour milk, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.

Mmmm, yummy, super recipe!!! I was just looking for some kind of beef soup; the recipe for Uzbek beef shurpa caught my eye. And I was very interested in cooking in a cauldron.
