STEP 1
How to cook shrimp pasta? Measure out the ingredients. You can use any pasta, cream - also any fat content. Remove them from the refrigerator in advance so that they reach room temperature. Thaw the shrimp, if necessary, then peel.
STEP 2
Place a pan of water on the stove, bring it to a boil, add salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
STEP 3
Start preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Pass the garlic through a press, place in a frying pan and fry for half a minute, stirring.
STEP 4
Add shrimp to the pan and fry them over low heat for about 2 minutes until lightly browned.
STEP 5
Pour cream into the pan.
STEP 6
Bring the cream sauce to a boil, simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, Provençal herbs. Stir.
STEP 7
Place the cooked pasta in a colander and let the water drain.
STEP 8
Transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce. Stir. Sprinkle the finished shrimp pasta with grated Parmesan and chopped herbs.
