I am a lover of Italian cuisine. This is not my first pasta and definitely not the last. Tasted: a guest (mother), husband and I. Served it to everyone in this form. I was lucky, I had fresh basil in a pot (I sprinkled it with cheese for serving, taste just improved!) Mom: “What a beauty! Like in a cafe. Very tasty. Unusual.” Husband: (he already knows my preferences) “Well, as usual, only with shrimp. He’s a lover of Caucasian cuisine.” Me: (well, of course I liked it recipe). The smell of shrimp fried in garlic oil... Mmm... My additions: you need to look at the size of the shrimp, mine ranged from very small to almost large, and the small ones were a little tough. It is better to take the same size or if they are small, do not fry them. And of course cheese, pasta without cheese is not pasta for me. It is better to take the creamiest, lightest types, without a strong odor. I had one like that. I made the same sauce with olive oil, I liked it better with butter. I needed more cream. Overall, well done author!
