When the dough becomes so thick that it becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, turn it out onto a floured work surface and continue kneading with your hands. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth.

The dough turns out to be quite soft and sticky, since it is prepared not with butter, but with vegetable oil; it does not need to be cooled in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle the table with flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Using a glass or other cutter, cut out cookie dough from the dough. You can simply cut it into squares or diamonds.
STEP 8
Place the cookie dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes, but in general you need to focus on the operation of your oven. There is no need to keep the cookies in the oven for a long time; as soon as they turn golden brown, remove them.
