Shortbread Buttons
Bright, tasty, cheerful - to the delight of the child! The recipe for these cookies is very simple and I think many people have already made it. I also decided to try it.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Mix the yolks with sugar, add soft butter and grind.
STEP 2
Add vanillin, a pinch of salt, flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one.
STEP 4
Mix well and place the buns in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 5
Roll out the light dough into a layer 5-7 mm thick. Cut out circles using a glass with a diameter of 5 cm. Place the circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
STEP 6
Using a plastic bottle cap, squeeze out an indentation in each circle, but not all the way.
STEP 7
Make 2 or 4 holes in the center with a tube.
STEP 8
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
STEP 9
Cool the finished “Buttons” cookies completely. Bon appetit!
