  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the pudding. We will prepare pudding from semolina porridge specially cooked for it. Pour milk into a metal bowl or saucepan and place the saucepan on the stove.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Add sugar, vanillin and salt to the milk. Stir the mixture until the dry ingredients dissolve. According to desire and taste, the amount of these ingredients can be reduced or increased. If the pudding is served with a sweet addition, for example, jam, preserves or fresh berries, then this amount is quite enough. When the milk starts to boil, add semolina in a thin stream, stirring with a spoon using your other hand at the same time so that there are no lumps.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cook the semolina porridge for about 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Leave the semolina porridge to cool, it should be at room temperature or a little warmer.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Separate the whites of chicken eggs from the yolks. Beat the whites with a blender or mixer until fluffy foam is obtained.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the yolks in a bowl with semolina porridge and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass has slightly increased in volume. Place the protein mass in parts into a bowl with semolina porridge, carefully stirring it in; it is better to do this with a silicone or wooden spatula.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grease a baking dish for semolina pudding with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Place the prepared pudding mixture into the mold. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pudding for about 30 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of the mold and the amount of mass, as well as on the operation of the oven. The semolina pudding should be browned. Check the readiness of the dish with a wooden toothpick. If it comes out dry, the pudding can be removed from the oven.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The pudding can be prepared in a large form or in small portions, in which the dish will be served to the table. Serve semolina pudding warm or cold, optionally with jam, preserves or fruit. Bon appetit!

Semolina pudding I decided to please my loved ones and make semolina pudding. A very original way to diversify the usual semolina porridge. I prepared it exactly according to the recipe, only I replaced the sugar with boiled condensed milk. It's very easy to cook. First, I cooked a delicious semolina porridge according to the recipe. Separately, beat the whites until fluffy. I mixed the beaten yolks with the porridge and at this moment added 2 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. Added the whipped whites and mixed gently. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The pudding rose well at first and then sank. I served warm semolina pudding with condensed milk for an afternoon snack, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Unexpected, but mega tasty. Boiled condensed milk gave not only a caramel color, but also a caramel taste. Very good recipe! The pudding came out tender, soft, aromatic and tasty. An ideal way to diversify a simple semolina porridge. Many thanks to the author for the new product!
