Semolina pie with apricots

STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary products in advance.
STEP 2
Cook semolina porridge in milk. At the end add a piece of butter. Let cool.
STEP 3
Beat eggs with granulated sugar until light foam.
STEP 4
Mix the cooled porridge thoroughly with beaten eggs.
STEP 5
Gradually adding flour, bring the mixture to the consistency of thick sour cream.
STEP 6
Remove pits from apricots and cut the fruit into 4 slices.
STEP 7
Chop the walnuts and grind the kernels in a mortar.
STEP 8
Grease a baking sheet with high sides with vegetable oil and pour in the semolina mixture. Place chopped apricots evenly over the top of the dough base and sprinkle with nut crumbs. Bake at 180°C. 50 - 60 min.
STEP 9
Remove the finished manna from the oven, cut into portions and serve. You can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Very tasty and aromatic pastries. Prepare for the health of the whole family. Bon appetit!
