I definitely haven’t made this kind of soup yet. I decided to surprise my husband, especially since we both love seaweed salad. Only I didn’t take pickled kelp, because I had dried one. My husband once brought back a bag of this dried seaweed from a business trip, but I didn’t know what to cook from it. So it came in handy) I pre-soaked the kelp in water, as it was written in the instructions. I must say, she surprised me. Before our eyes, the dried leaves increased in volume, became smooth, shiny and similar to the usual “salad”. I cooked the soup using ready-made beef broth. Everything else is the same, I added potatoes, cooked the fry, then added cabbage. I also added curry as a spice; this seasoning fits the theme. I added the boiled egg directly to the plate, because... I have prepared a lot of soup and it is not advisable to leave an egg in the soup during storage. By the way, the dried kelp turned out to be neutral in taste, we even had to add more salt) We liked the soup, it is really tasty, unusual, nutritious and very rich in vitamins. My husband's summary: "It felt like I was dining on the ocean")
