STEP 1
1.Prepare all products. To prepare this dish, you can take ready-made sole fillet. It needs to be defrosted and the water lightly squeezed out. To lubricate the mold you will need vegetable oil. And for baking you need to take a ceramic or glass dish. An iron baking sheet is also suitable; it needs to be covered with foil.

2. Place the fish fillet on a cutting board. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.

3. Grease the ceramic mold with vegetable oil. Place the fillet in the form.

4.Pour breadcrumbs into a small plate. Add a little salt and pepper.
STEP 5
5.Grate the cheese using a fine grater. Add it to the breading and mix with a fork.
STEP 6
6. Melt the butter over low heat. Pour the butter into the breadcrumbs and stir. The breading is ready.

7.Spread the breading evenly over the fish fillet.
STEP 8
8.Put the dish with the fish in the oven. Turn on the heat and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes. The breading on top will be browned, and the fish will be easily pierced with a toothpick or knife. Turn off the oven and serve the fish after 20 minutes. While the fish is baking, you can cook pasta, buckwheat, potatoes or other side dishes to taste. You can also eat fish as a separate dish with fresh vegetables.
