STEP 1
How to fry delicious sea bass in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Wash the perch, gut it and remove its scales. Cut off the fins and tail.
STEP 3
Cut the fish into portions. Each fish usually yields 3 medium pieces.
STEP 4
Add flour, fish spices, salt and pepper into a bowl. If you use a ready-made spice mixture, pay attention to its composition. If it already contains salt, then add additional salt very carefully so as not to oversalt.
STEP 5
Mix everything.
STEP 6
Dip each piece of perch in flour with spices. You can make it simpler: pour the flour mixture into a thick plastic bag and place the pieces of sea perch there. Tie the bag and shake it well. Then the fish will be evenly coated with flour and spices both inside and out. And not a single gram of flour will spill out.
STEP 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place fish on it.
STEP 8
Fry the fish over medium heat on each side until golden brown.
STEP 9
Serve fried sea bass with any side dish. Boiled potatoes in pieces or mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat will do. Bon appetit!
