STEP 1
How to make scrambled eggs? Prepare all products. Wash the eggs with baking soda under running water and beat them into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. You can pepper it to taste. This will make the dish taste brighter. Using a fork, mix the yolk and white until smooth. There is absolutely no need to achieve strong bubbles for the chatterbox; they will be superfluous here.
STEP 2
Add filtered drinking water to the egg mixture and stir again with a fork (or whisk) until smooth. The water in this scrambled eggs recipe can be replaced with the same amount of low-fat milk, if that's what you're using. Then the finished dish will be more tender, but, at the same time, higher in calories and, which is absolutely certain, will no longer be lactose-free!
STEP 3

STEP 4
Pour the egg mixture into the heated frying pan.
STEP 5
Immediately start stirring the egg mixture with a spatula in different directions in a chaotic manner, not allowing the egg pancake to set in a single layer.
STEP 6
As a result of such simple manipulations, in just two or three minutes the scrambled eggs will be formed into unique egg pieces and will be ready to be served. Of course, everyone's stove is different and you may need more time to cook. The consistency of the scrambled egg is a guide. The egg pieces should set well and dry, become fluffy, but not rosy!
