This morning I needed to make breakfast for the whole family, so I chose this recipe for scrambled eggs. For four people I took 10 eggs, increasing the portions using the “calculator”. I diluted the water in half with water, in principle, a little milk would not hurt us) There was a lot of egg mass and it did not immediately begin to curdle, only after a couple of minutes on high heat. After that, I began to mix it with a wooden spatula, collecting “waves”. Scrambled eggs cooked much faster than fried eggs, for example. Served with ketchup and sour cream. I sprinkled the scrambled eggs directly on the plate with a mixture of peppers from the mill. The scrambled eggs turned out to be very tender, but more elastic than an omelet. We enjoyed the delicious and unusual breakfast.

An excellent, familiar quick egg recipe for a good snack. We also call it “wrong scrambled eggs”)) I slightly supplemented the delicate crumbly texture of the eggs with spices such as “khmeli-suneli”, “paprika” and freshly ground “pepper mixture”. You can also add butter, then the aroma will be even more appetizing.
