For my children's birthday I decided to make sausages with cheese in puff pastry, all the children love them). I usually use regular yeast dough for baking, but now I can’t work with it, but puff pastry always helps out. I took a kilogram of long sausages, which I cut in half. It turned out to be a whole tray of delicious things! It took 750 g of dough. I baked it for 30 minutes. After baking, I realized that it is better to use yeast puff pastry, it will turn out fluffier. I greased it with a mixture of yolk and milk. But it’s better to take one yolk, as indicated in the recipe - the color will be brighter). The children really liked the sausages in the dough I made. They are tasty and filling, good for a snack. Very quick and easy to make, but the tops were fried. Apparently, she smeared it with too much yolk. Or it was necessary not to smear it right away, but a little later, about 10 minutes after putting it in the oven. And one fell apart. Thanks for the recipe, in the end everything turned out delicious, despite the crust.
