Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We remove the stalk from the cabbage. We begin to chop the cabbage with a wide knife or another method. (Use a special grater or in a food processor.) Salt and add sugar.
STEP 2

Grate the carrots.
STEP 3

And crush the cabbage and carrots.
STEP 4

Place bread on the bottom of the dish and cover with cabbage leaves. Add greens.
STEP 5

We transfer our preparation into a pan (you can use enamel, glass, or wooden dishes) and place it under pressure. We remove it where it won’t bother us. The cabbage will ferment for 3 days at room temperature. Don’t forget to pierce the cabbage once a day to release the gases formed during the pickling process.
