I got excellent rich cabbage soup made from sauerkraut and beef. I haven’t used sauerkraut in soups for a long time, but today I wanted to. I used homemade cabbage, it is not very salty and moderately sour. I cooked cabbage soup on a beef bone. I drained the first broth to make the soup less fatty. I let the ready-made cabbage soup sit for 20 minutes, after which the whole family sat down to dinner. Even the children, who don’t really like this dish, liked the cabbage soup with sauerkraut.
