I used olive mayonnaise for the sauce, but the most important thing is that it was tasty. I replaced the pickled cucumber with lightly salted cucumber. There was just the last cucumber left; it had been pickling for a week in the refrigerator and was well salted. I cut it into microscopic cubes). My garlic is fresh, sharp and fragrant from a new harvest. For greens, I prefer parsley, first I crushed the leaves and then chopped them very finely. I love sauces like this: mix it and it’s ready! I decided to make a sauce with mayonnaise and pickles. I took a homemade pickled cucumber, chopped it as finely as possible, and lightly squeezed out any excess liquid. I also finely chopped the dill and grated the garlic on a fine grater. I mixed everything (I didn’t add salt) and got a very tasty, aromatic, spicy sauce.
