Today for breakfast I made delicious sandwiches with black bread and cheese. I boiled the eggs the night before and put them in the refrigerator so I could quickly prepare breakfast in the morning. I replaced the hard cheese with processed cheese, it was grated well. For spices I added paprika and a freshly ground mixture of peppers. And for spiciness, a clove of garlic. I thought the mixture was a bit dry, so I used sour cream instead of butter. Although it was possible to take them in half. I had black bread in the form of a small bar stuffed with garlic. It is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. This is ideal for sandwiches in my opinion). Spread the cheese-egg mixture with a lump and garnish with carrots and green onions. It's amazingly delicious! Black bread goes well with delicate filling. The whole family liked the fragrant sandwiches. Thank you!
