Samsa with minced lamb and beef

STEP 1
To prepare juicy and rosy samsa, we prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2
We begin preparing the choux pastry and pour three hundred milliliters of boiling water into a deep bowl.
STEP 3
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to a bowl of boiling water.
STEP 4
Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl and stir.
STEP 5
Pour five hundred grams of pre-sifted flour into a bowl in parts.
STEP 6
Mix well and knead the dough, then gather it into a ball with your hands.
STEP 7
We put the dough on the table, which we first sprinkle with flour, after which we knead it very well for about five minutes and put it in a bag.
STEP 8
Finely chop five hundred grams of onions, then put them in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
STEP 9
Add cumin, coriander and a mixture of black and red peppers to the bowl with the onions to taste.
STEP 10
Crush the onion well in a bowl until the juice comes out.
STEP 11
Place five hundred grams of cooked minced meat in a bowl with the onion and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 12
Divide the dough into two parts, then pour a little starch onto the table, use it to also wipe the rolling pin and roll out the pieces of dough into thin flat cakes.

Apply a thin layer of heated, but not hot, ghee to each flatbread.
STEP 14
Wrap the greased tortilla into a tight roll.

We tuck the ends of the roll and twist it into a rope, then cut it into pieces of equal size.

We press each cut piece with our hand and flatten it, then put it in a bag and put it in the freezer for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Over time, roll out each piece to a thin flat cake.

Place the required amount of minced meat on each flatbread.

We connect the ends of the cake well, give the pie a triangular shape and place it seam side down on a baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet with samsa in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for fifteen minutes.

After the time has passed, remove the baking sheet from the oven and brush the samsa with egg yolk beaten with milk.

Sprinkle the samsa with sesame seeds to taste and put it back in the oven for fifteen minutes.
