Instead of processed cheese, you can use any hard or semi-hard cheese by grating it. Try to select tangerines that have a thin film on the segments.

    Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Remove the meat from the broth, cool it, then cut it into small cubes. You can use the broth at your discretion, we won’t need it here.

    Peel the tangerines and divide into slices. Cut each slice into 3 parts. As I wrote above, take tangerines with a thin film on the slices. If your fruit is thick, carefully remove it from each slice, being careful not to damage the juicy pulp. It is also advisable to remove all white.

    Place the processed cheese in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to make it easier to cut. Now cut the cheese into small cubes. You can grate it on a medium grater, then the salad will turn out more tender.

    Finely chop the shelled walnuts. To remove bitterness from the skins, you can soak the nuts in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Afterwards, drain the water and dry the nuts.

    In a suitable salad bowl, combine boiled chicken fillet, cubes of processed cheese, sliced ​​tangerines and walnuts.

    Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. It is better to take home-made mayonnaise.
