The recipe for salad with sorrel, egg and cucumber attracted my attention first of all with its bright and very beautiful photographs. Looking at them, I wanted to cook it right away. That's what I did. I just had sorrel. I replaced the spinach with several sprigs of cilantro, parsley and dill. I used regular onions, chopped into feathers. Eggs added category C2. Dressed the salad with olive oil. I didn’t have olives, so I didn’t replace them with anything. The salad turned out very juicy, bright and tasty. And it looks very beautiful and bright. Sorrel adds a pleasant acidity to the salad. I think this salad is an amazing addition to barbecue. I will definitely prepare this at my dacha.
