STEP 1
How to make a salad with smoked sausage, corn and cabbage? Prepare your food. First of all, boil the eggs. How to boil eggs? To do this, place raw eggs in a small ladle and fill with cold water. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water, pour cold water over the eggs and leave them like that until they cool completely. Then peel the eggs.
STEP 2
First cut the required amount of sausage into strips and then into cubes of approximately the same size. Instead of smoked sausage, you can use ham, boiled sausage or boiled smoked meat.
STEP 3
Shred the cabbage. Try to make the straw thinner so that it does not stand out in large pieces in the finished salad. Knead it a little with your hands.
STEP 4
For the salad, prepare a bowl and place the chopped sausage and cabbage in it. Open canned corn and drain excess liquid. Add corn to salad.
STEP 5
Cut the eggs into cubes. Wash the green onions, dry and finely chop. Add chopped boiled eggs and chopped green onions to the rest of the ingredients. In addition to onions, you can put any greens you like in the salad.
STEP 6
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Taste the salad for salt and add more if necessary. I usually don’t add salt to salads with mayonnaise, but that’s a matter of taste.
