Ava Garcia

Since childhood, I watched with delight how my grandmother cooked in the kitchen, filling the house with the aromas of fresh baked goods and fragrant spices. It was the time of family dinners, when relatives gathered around the table and shared stories over a cup of tea. Gradually I realized that food is not just a dish, but a language in which we communicate. As I travel the world, I'm inspired by a variety of cuisines, from spicy Indian curries to fresh Italian pastas, all of which teach me that cooking is easy and fun. My goal is to share this simplicity with everyone so that cooking becomes an accessible and joyful part of life.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Virginia Western Community College.
