For the first course I prepared cheese soup with croutons and chicken. Delicate creamy taste and aroma make the soup amazingly delicious! And it won’t take too much time to prepare. For the soup, I took chicken drumsticks, which I boiled and pitted. While the meat was cooking, I overcooked the onions and carrots. I put the cleaned meat back into the pan, added overcooking, and brought it to a boil. Then I added the diced potatoes. After a few minutes, I added the cheese, stirred until the cheese melted and at the end added the chopped dill. When serving, I added croutons. There are no words, the soup is amazing!
