Salmon rolls with hard and melted cheese Snails

A very beautiful, satisfying and nutritious appetizer for the holiday table! We tried this simple food in one cafe in Prague, we remembered the ingredients of this culinary recipe, and now at all home feasts this appetizer is eaten first. It’s also very convenient to make a cheese roll with salmon for a trip to nature, since you can cut it on the spot.

Nastya, I really want to try salmon rolls with cheese according to your recipe! In my opinion, it perfectly combines two types of cheese, and pink salmon will only complement and add its own wonderful note!!!

I wonder if dill will spoil the taste of the dish? After all, cheese, processed cheese and salmon are all tender, but here - bam and dill! Can this splendor be left without dill, what do you think? I really want to enjoy just the combination of cheeses and salmon. And then you can just put a sprig or two of dill next to the delicacies for decoration.

I'll post my steps to this dish soon! It turned out amazingly delicious! Snack #1!!! Tender, moderately salty. Moreover, I love salmon so much! I only put dill in some of the “snails”, because I wanted to try it and compare the tastes with and without it. Delicious in different ways. but more tender without dill. I put it on skewers, it’s more convenient to use. Many thanks to the author for such a valuable recipe for me!

Thank you Nastya for the interesting recipe. Special thanks to you Irochka. Show in such detail and clearly the transformation of hard cheese into processed cheese. It’s worth a lot. And thanks again. . Don’t go away for long, show something else original (and more)
