Simple charlotte pie with breadcrumbs

STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 2

Place the eggs in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until they increase in volume.
STEP 3

Stirring constantly, add sugar little by little. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
STEP 4

Add sifted flour, vanillin and baking powder. Mix carefully.
STEP 5

Peel and core pre-washed apples and cut into small pieces. Add to the dough and mix gently.
STEP 6

Take a deep mold (diameter 22 cm) and grease the bottom and sides with butter.
STEP 7

Add breadcrumbs and spread evenly over the surface. This will give our pie a tasty and crispy crust.
STEP 8

Pour our dough into the prepared pan
STEP 9

Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
STEP 10

Check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden stick. Remove from the oven, cover with a paper towel and let cool.
STEP 11

Remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Our charlotte pie is ready! Everyone please come to the table!
