STEP 1

How to make a salad with pineapple and chicken and garlic cheese? Prepare all the necessary products. For a serving for two we will need: a small chicken breast, three or four rings of canned pineapple, a piece of cheese about 100 grams, two cloves of garlic (one for those who do not like the strong taste of garlic), mayonnaise, spices. If you are expecting a lot of guests, double or even triple the amount of ingredients.
STEP 2

Pre-preparation is only required for chicken fillets. Marinate the chicken breast for a few minutes in any of your favorite spices (I used Italian herbs and salt).
STEP 3

Then fry the chicken breast in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides. Let the fried breast cool. You can simply boil the chicken fillet in salted water, but fried chicken is much tastier.
STEP 4

Cut the cooked chicken breast into small cubes.
STEP 5

Remove a few pineapple rings from the jar and lightly squeeze them from the syrup so that it does not release excess moisture. Canned pineapple also cut into medium sized cubes.
STEP 6

We take any cheese we like, the main thing is that it is hard. Salty cheese works well. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. You can cut the cheese into small cubes, the taste of the salad will become a little different. I like the taste better with grated cheese.
STEP 7

Now let's prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise with spices (I used Italian herbs, you can use regular ground black pepper), squeeze out the garlic and mix well. If you wish, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or thick unsweetened yogurt.
STEP 8

Combine all prepared ingredients in a deep plate and add garlic dressing. Gently toss the salad. Take a sample and, if there is not enough salt, add salt to taste.
STEP 9

Serve, decorate with herbs if desired and serve. A festive version of the salad can be prepared in layers in a serving ring, so it will look more impressive.
