The salad with pickles, eggs and potatoes is very reminiscent of my favorite Olivier salad, although it contains much fewer ingredients. To prepare it, I took only three products - potatoes, pickles and eggs. I boiled the potatoes and eggs, cooled them, then cut them. I also chopped cucumbers (I had pickled ones). After that, I combined everything, salted it and added mayonnaise. As they say, it’s easy to prepare, but it turns out delicious! Potatoes and eggs made the salad hearty, and the cucumbers made it piquant and pleasantly sour. Thank you very much for the recipe!
