You can use fresh or frozen green beans. I used beans, frozen in whole pods, not cut. Use your favorite varieties of cheese, the main thing is that it is of high quality and tasty.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Chop the eggs coarsely with a knife. If you need a softer salad structure, you can chop the eggs finely or even grate them on a coarse grater. I needed more tangible pieces, so I chopped the eggs coarsely. You can choose the type of cutting that suits your taste.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

    Boil the green beans until tender in plenty of boiling salted water. If the beans are fresh, then 5 minutes will be enough, if frozen, then 10 minutes. The main thing is not to overcook the pods: they should retain their elasticity and bright green color.

    Place the finished beans in a colander or sieve, let all the water drain and cool. If you wish, you can serve the salad warm, in which case you don’t need to cool the pods, just shake the sieve well several times to remove all excess moisture.

    In a salad bowl, combine green beans, eggs, cheese and pressed garlic.

I made a salad with green beans and eggs. I had frozen beans, boiled them for 5-7 minutes. I combined the cooled beans with chopped boiled eggs, garlic (I took one large clove), and chopped cheese. Seasoned with mayonnaise and added a little salt. Very tasty salad, hearty and spicy. Thanks for the recipe, Maria!
