I made a salad with fried cucumbers. I grated the carrots on a Korean carrot grater, cut the onions and cucumbers into strips. When fried, the cucumbers retained their shape perfectly. I was interested in an unusual way of preparing cucumbers. I don’t have a grater for Korean salads, so I hand-cut the carrots and cucumbers into thin ribbons. Fry the onion until golden brown. I liked the taste and consistency of the salad. The carrots remained a little hard and sweet, and the cucumbers were very unusual and interesting in taste) By the way, they were not overcooked.
