Salad with fried champignons, cucumbers and eggs

STEP 1

How to make a salad with champignons and cucumbers? Prepare your food.
STEP 2

Wash the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a sponge. There is no need to soak them heavily under water; mushrooms absorb moisture strongly and then become watery and tasteless. Dry them and cut into 4 pieces.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil onto it. Fry the mushrooms, stirring, over low heat until the liquid has completely evaporated and the crust is golden brown.
STEP 4

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Chop them with a knife.
STEP 5

Wash the cucumber and cut off the stems. If the skin of the cucumbers is too thick, cut it off. Cut them into medium pieces.
STEP 6

Combine mushrooms, eggs and cucumber in a salad bowl.
STEP 7

Season with mayonnaise and mix. The salad is ready, you can serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
