Super quickly, easily and deliciously prepared a salad with fresh cucumber, peas and sour cream! I didn’t expect that the minimal combination of ingredients would be so delicious! And even my lack of greens did not affect the taste. I cut the cucumbers into small cubes. I drained the liquid from the peas.
