How to make a salad with feta cheese and tomatoes? Prepare your food. The most delicious salad will come from seasonal vegetables; in winter, it is better to take cherry tomatoes, they are tastier. You can use any vegetable oil, the main thing is that it is tasty. You will need juice from half a lemon, so wash it first with hot water. Or use ready-made lemon juice.
STEP 2
Prepare salad dressing. How to make a dressing? Mix olive oil with lemon juice and add a little salt.

Add chopped garlic. I grate it on the finest grater. You can simply chop the garlic with a knife or pass it through a press. You can also use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. Mix all ingredients. The gas station is ready.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. You can use any type of cutting, slices or cubes.

Mix chopped vegetables with feta.

Salt the salad to taste. Don't oversalt, as feta is already salty enough.
STEP 9
Pour the aromatic dressing over the salad, stir and serve immediately. Salads made from fresh vegetables cannot be stored for a long time; they will release juice and lose their appearance and taste.
