STEP 1

How to make a salad with crab sticks and potatoes? Very simple! Prepare your food. Wash potatoes and carrots under running water with a brush to remove dirt. Eggs also need to be washed. Take high-quality mayonnaise, the taste of the entire salad will largely depend on it. Or you can make homemade mayonnaise. Choose according to your taste.
STEP 2

Boil the vegetables until tender, cool and peel. Fill the eggs with water and cook over low heat, this will help avoid cracks in the shell. Cooking time is 9 minutes after boiling. Then fill with cold water and cool. A sharp temperature change will make the shell easier to peel.
STEP 3

Remove the film from the crab sticks. If you are using frozen crab sticks, defrost them first on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. This way they will retain more nutrients. Cut crab sticks, carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
STEP 4

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate them separately on a medium grater into different bowls.
STEP 5

Layer salad on a large serving plate. First, lay out the potatoes and brush this layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 6

Place crab sticks on potatoes. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise too.
STEP 7

Next, lay out half the protein, and carrots on top of it. Lubricate with mayonnaise. I did not grease the layer between the protein and carrots, but you can do this at your discretion.
STEP 8

Next, add the remaining protein. It is also advisable to lightly grease it with mayonnaise.
STEP 9

The final layer will be the yolks. Sprinkle them over the top of the salad.
STEP 10

Garnish the salad with pieces of crab sticks and parsley leaves. You can also lightly freeze the crab stick, grate it and use it to decorate the salad. Before serving, the salad must be cooled in the refrigerator for an hour. Bon appetit!
