I added a few green onions myself, and replaced the Chinese cabbage with white cabbage. Unfortunately, I didn’t find Chinese cabbage at that time. It’s very easy to prepare and quite quick. I seasoned the salad with 67% mayonnaise and a little pepper. Served in portions, garnished with fresh parsley. We really liked the salad! The result was a spicy taste thanks to the smoked sausage. The salad is very aromatic, tasty and filling! Thank you!
