    Peel the carrots and rinse to remove dirt. Fresh young carrots can be washed with a brush or hard sponge under running water. Then grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and add to the bowl with the cabbage.

    Fresh green peas can be added directly to the salad. Pour hot water over frozen peas and drain in a colander. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into half rings. Add green peas and fresh cucumbers to the salad.

Salad with cabbage, peas and cucumbers is an excellent addition to a meat dish for dinner. Having all the ingredients on hand, I decided to make a salad. It didn't take long. I shredded the cabbage, grated the carrots, and cut the cucumber. I opened a jar of homemade canned green peas. Mixed everything, added spices according to the recipe and ready! The salad is very beautiful, bright and appetizing. Cabbage and cucumber provide crunch, while green peas add softness. All ingredients combine perfectly in this salad.
