STEP 1

How to make a salad with cabbage, crab sticks and eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. If you have frozen crab sticks, remove them from the freezer in advance and leave them at room temperature to thaw. You can take 1-3 cucumbers, depending on their size and your taste.
STEP 2

Wash the eggs in running water and soda, as there may be harmful microbes on their surface. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs to cool. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.
STEP 3

Remove each crab stick from packaging, cut in half lengthwise, then into cubes. Next, chop the eggs. Place the eggs and crab sticks into a salad bowl.
STEP 4

Free the cabbage from dirty outer leaves. Finely chop the cabbage. Press it a little with your hands so that it becomes softer and releases juice faster. Transfer the cabbage to a salad bowl.
STEP 5

Wash the cucumbers in running water, dry and cut into small cubes, and add to our crab salad.
STEP 6

Season all ingredients with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix. You can also make mayonnaise for salad yourself, it will be healthier and tastier.
