Quick salad with spicy carrots and sweet peppers! Salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots is made from a minimum amount of ingredients. There is no dressing in it as such, so this salad can be partly classified as a dish that is healthier than, say, salads dressed with mayonnaise. The dish turns out very bright both in appearance and in taste. A juicy salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots will be an excellent addition to simple boiled rice, crumbly pilaf, regular buckwheat porridge or tender mashed potatoes.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients needed to prepare the salad: Korean carrots, sweet bell peppers, a little soy sauce, fresh parsley, white sesame.
STEP 2

Place the carrots in the container in which the salad will be prepared. Remove the stem and seeds from clean bell peppers. Cut the juicy pulp into medium-thick strips. Add pepper to carrots.
STEP 3

Rinse the parsley leaves, shake them, chop them finely and add to the salad.
STEP 4

Salt the salad to taste, taking into account that Korean carrots are already salted, add a little soy sauce, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, and stir. The salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots is ready, you can serve it to the table.

A tasty and bright salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots was made by adding additional ingredients (sweet peppers, parsley, soy sauce) to the already prepared Korean carrot salad, which I prepared in advance according to this recipe. I really liked the salad; it can be quickly prepared as an addition to lunch, or as a main dish as a side dish.
