STEP 1
How to make a salad with beans, cheese and salted mushrooms? Prepare the ingredients. You can use any beans to prepare the salad: boiled, canned, as well as mushrooms: fried, pickled or salted. I used salted milk mushrooms, you can use any other wild mushrooms or champignons. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Fresh mushrooms can be fried in vegetable oil.
STEP 2
I boiled dry beans, it is better to do this in advance so that all the ingredients are already ready for preparing the salad. The beans need to be soaked overnight in cold water, change the water in the morning and boil for 30 minutes until the beans are soft, drain the water.
STEP 3
You can complement the mushrooms and beans with other tasty ingredients, such as boiled eggs. Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes so that the yolk does not acquire an unsightly blue tint.
STEP 4
Cool the chicken eggs, peel and grate or finely chop with a knife. If desired, if the salad is laid out in layers, the yolks can be separated from the whites.
STEP 5
Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife. It is better to use salad or regular onions, first marinating them in wine vinegar or pouring boiling water over them to reduce the bitterness. If desired, instead of onions, you can use green onions, as well as any other fresh herbs.
STEP 6
Cheese will perfectly complement and highlight the taste of these ingredients; it can also be used in any variety: hard, soft, sausage, processed, depending on taste preferences. Processed cheese is more difficult to grate, so it can be frozen in the freezer, after which it can be easily grated. I used sausage, it gives a pleasant smoked flavor to the salad.
STEP 7
The ingredients can be combined in a large salad bowl and simply mixed, seasoned with mayonnaise. Spices: add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
STEP 8
Or, for example, for a festive table, the salad ingredients can be laid out in layers, smearing each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
STEP 9
Let the salad soak in the refrigerator and serve. Bon appetit!
