How to prepare salad tomatoes, garlic, peppers, carrots for the winter? We wash the vegetables well and remove the seeds from the peppers.

In a large saucepan where we will cook the salad, grate the carrots on a Korean grater.
STEP 3

We pass the garlic and tomatoes through a large meat grinder.
STEP 4

Place on a hot stove, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 5

To the tomatoes and carrots add peppers cut into lettuce strips, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, dried herbs, vinegar essence.
STEP 6

Mix everything well and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 7

Place the salad in sterile jars, cover with lids but do not screw them on.
STEP 8

Place in a large saucepan with a napkin on the bottom. From the moment of boiling, boil for 15 minutes.
STEP 9

The water in the pan should be filled up to the rim of the can.
STEP 10

We roll up the jars. Let it cool under a warm blanket or blanket for a day or two, then put it in a dark, cool place (cellar or refrigerator).
